Size Policy

Our normal clothing size are S, M, and L with standard of American size but we can do custom sizes such as XXS, XS and XL, XXL, XXXL

Fabric Policy

Some of the design being printed in house, that you can request to produce and or develop your own design, color with low MOQ. Fabric process include: printing, tie dye, stamp or combination in process in the factory that hand crafted by our artisan, that made them unique with 5% color tolerate.
Some other fabrics we bought from wholesaler and sometime they are not in stock at the same designs or color, so please confirm with us the style to check the detail fabric availability. We used rayon for most of our order, but we also available other Fabrice such as linen, cotton, nylon, lycra, spandex, georgette, bamboo, telcel, voile, crinkle etc.

Images Policy

Fabric color show in our website and the real could look slightly different due to different brand camera and phone/computer monitor, or lighting, so it could slightly different what you see in computer with the real color. But we try to show as best picture with good lightly as possible

Payment Security

We accept TT/Wire transfer for large orders. For international smaller orders, we accept pay pal, debit card, visa and master card payments or cash payment if you are in Bali. For the card payment, we will send the link of the payment once we have agreed on all detail regarding the order (price, specification, color, size, etc). All transactions submitted through our given link are protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. (Some time payment by card is fail and need 2 or 3 time trial submitted to success). You are currently on our International website. Your card will be charged in USD and any conversions will be handled by your financial institution automatically. Another option for payment is through Western Union, please contact us for more information.

PAYMENT SAMPLE POLICY

We require full payment made in advance for sample and we will proceed the sample after the payment has been received.

PAYMENT PRODUCTION POLICY

We require a 50% deposit to start the order and the balance paid once the order finished before shipment. When the production has been completed, we will check the shipping cost (we don’t take commission on shipping), and will invoice you with the balance after deposit.
Payments can be made by bank transfer/TT, credit card, or cash if you are in Bali.

PRICING POLICY

Our price quotation is Ex-factory price, if you need FOB cost you can ask for quotation for FOB cost. Shipping costs will be quoted in a separate sheet once the goods finished and have the volume or weight info. We handle shipping costs from our factory to your door at customer cost.
